ʿUmar from him - he said: I only know that he - attributed it to the Prophet, he said: "Allāh says: Whoever humbles himself for Me like this, I will elevate him like this." And Yazīd (ibn Hārūn) made the back of his hand towards the ground and lowered it towards the ground, "I will elevate him like this" and he made the back of his hand towards the sky and raised it towards the sky." It was recorded by Aḥmad (1/44) with a sound chain, and through his route and others, it was recorded by al-Ḍiyāʾ al-Maqdisī in "al-Mukhtārah" (numbers 199-201 in my verification).

- "Whoever allies with others besides his patrons, has removed the bond of faith from his neck." It was recorded by Aḥmad (3/332) and al-Bukhārī in "al-Tārīkh" (2/1/143) from Yaʿqūb ibn Muḥammad ibn Ṭaḥlāʾ, narrated to us by Khālid ibn Abī Ḥayyān from Jābir as a marfūʿ ḥadīth. I say: This is a good chain, its men are trustworthy, the men of Muslim except Khālid ibn Abī Ḥayyān. Ibn Abī Ḥātim said (1/2/324): "Abū Zurʿah was asked about him? He said: A trustworthy Madinan." And Ibn Ḥibbān mentioned him in "al-Thiqāt" (1/56 - Hind).

- "Whoever associates with a polytheist and resides with him, he is like him." It was recorded by Abū Dāwūd (2787) from Sulaymān ibn Mūsá Abū Dāwūd, narrated to us by Jaʿfar ibn Saʿd ibn Sumrah ibn Jundab, narrated to me by Khubayb ibn Sulaymān from his father Sulaymān ibn Sumrah from Sumrah ibn Jundab as a marfūʿ ḥadīth.
