however, al-Mundhirī attributed the ḥadīth in "al-Targhīb" (1/167) to Aḥmad, al-Nasāʾī, and Ibn Ḥibbān in "Ṣaḥīḥ," which implies that it is with al-Nasāʾī through a path other than Ibn Yaʿīsh, because he is not among al-Nasāʾī's narrators. Abū Ruhm al-Samʿī also followed him from Abū Ayyūb with the wording: "Whoever says in the morning 'There is no deity but Allāh alone, without partner, to Him belongs the dominion and to Him belongs all praise, He gives life and causes death, and He is over all things competent' ten times, Allāh will write for him ten good deeds for each time he says it, erase ten sins from him, raise him ten degrees, it will be for him like freeing ten slaves, it will be a protection for him from the beginning of the day to its end, and no deed will surpass it that day. If he says it in the evening, it will be the same."
