ibn Salamah had several isnāds from Anas, as Rūḥ narrated from him from Thābit and Ḥumayd, and he was followed by al-Muʾammil—even though he is weak—from him from Ḥumayd. Abū Salamah narrated it, saying: Ḥammād narrated to us from Thābit, Ḥumayd, and Ṣāliḥ al-Muʿallim from al-Ḥasan from the Prophet (ṣallá Allāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam) as in "al-ʿIlal," and there is no objection to such a combination, as there are many examples of this among the narrators, including Ḥammād ibn Salamah in particular due to his vast memory. And Allāh knows best. I have found another route for him from Anas, as Ibn Abī Shaybah said in "al-Muṣannaf" (12/17/2): Abū Muʿāwiyah narrated to us from al-Aʿmash from Yazīd al-Raqāshī from him in a marfūʿ form. I said: This isnād has trustworthy men according to the standards of the two Shaykhs, except for al-Raqāshī, who is weak despite his asceticism, so his narration is acceptable, Allāh willing, in follow-ups. In summary, the ḥadīth is authentic from the first route from the narration of Rabīʿah, and the other routes further strengthen it.

- "Allāh is the healer, rather you are a gentle man, its healer is the one who created it." It was recorded by Abū Dāwūd (2/195 - al-Tāziyyah) and Aḥmad (2/226-227 and 227 and 4/163) and Ibn Mandah in "al-Maʿrifah" (Q 16/1) through the route of ʿAbd al-Malik ibn Abjar from Iyāḍ ibn Laqīṭ from Abū Ramthah who said: "I went with my father towards the Prophet (ṣallá Allāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam)... He said: My father said to me: Show me what is on your back, for I am a physician, he said..." and he mentioned it. I said: This isnād is authentic according to the criteria of Muslim, and Abjar is the grandfather of ʿAbd al-Malik, as he is Saʿīd ibn Ḥayyān ibn Abjar, and he is trustworthy and devout.
