fourth: that al-Suyūṭī included it in "al-Jāmiʿ al-Ṣaghīr" from the ḥadīth of Anas with the wording: "Beware of the supplication of the oppressed, even if it is from a disbeliever, for there is no barrier between it and Allāh." And he said: "It was narrated by Samawayh from Anas." Thus, everything mentioned previously and other things not mentioned indicate the error of attributing the ḥadīth to al-Bukhārī.

- "The responsibility is absolved from anyone who resides with the polytheists in their lands." Narrated by Muḥammad ibn Makhlad al-ʿAṭṭār in "al-Muntaqá min Ḥadīthihi" (2/15/1) from ʿImrān al-Qaṭṭān from al-Ḥajjāj from Ismāʿīl ibn Khālid from Qays from Jarīr ibn Bajīlah from the Messenger of Allāh (ṣallá Allāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam) with it. I said: This is a good isnād except for the ʿanʿanah of al-Ḥajjāj, who is Ibn Arṭāh, but he was not alone in narrating it as I have verified earlier (636), and in "al-Irwāʾ" (1193). And al-Suyūṭī attributed the ḥadīth in "al-Jāmiʿ" to al-Ṭabarānī only from Jarīr, and al-Munāwī said: "The apparent action of the author suggests that it was not found with any of the six [canonical collections], but I saw it in 'al-Firdaws' with a symbol for al-Tirmidhī and Abū Dāwūd, so it should be checked." I said: We checked and found it with them in another wording, and al-Suyūṭī included it from their narration with the wording: "I am free from anyone..." and it is cited in the aforementioned sources.

- "Buṭḥān is on a canal from the canals of Paradise." Narrated by Ibn Ḥaywah in "Ḥadīthihi" (3/8/1) and al-Daylamī (2/1/16) from Yaʿqūb ibn Kāsib, who informed us from al-Mughīrah ibn ʿAbd al-Raḥmān, who narrated from al-Juʿayd ibn ʿAbd al-Raḥmān from al-Aḥnaf ibn Qays from ʿUrwah from ʿĀʾishah as a marfūʿ ḥadīth. I said: This is a good isnād, all its narrators are trustworthy, the men of al-Bukhārī except for Yaʿqūb, who is ibn
