I said: al-Yashkurī was declared a liar by al-Azdī. He is Muḥammad ibn ʿUmar ibn al-Walīd ibn Lāḥiq, attributed to his grandfather. Ibn Ḥibbān said: It is not permissible to narrate from him. Abū Ḥātim said: I see his matter as disturbed. 4 - As for the ḥadīth of Jābir, it is narrated by Muḥammad ibn Thābit from Sharīk ibn ʿAbd Allāh from al-Aʿmash from Abū Sufyān from Jābir who said: The Messenger of Allāh (ṣallá Allāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam) said, and he mentioned it. It was recorded by Abū Nuʿaym in "al-Ḥilyah" (10/50-51/221) and Ibn ʿAsākir in "Tārīkh Dimashq" (11/309/1). I said: This isnād is acceptable for supporting evidence; its narrators are trustworthy except for Sharīk ibn ʿAbd Allāh, who is the judge, and he is truthful but has poor memory. Muḥammad ibn Thābit is the brother of ʿAlī ibn Thābit. Ibn Maʿīn said: He is trustworthy and reliable. Ibn Abī Ḥātim (2/3/216) reported from his father: "There is no harm in him." In summary, the ḥadīth with this supporting evidence is ḥasan as al-Tirmidhī said, and Allāh the Exalted knows best
قلت: واليشكري كذبه الأزدي وهو محمد بن عمر بن الوليد بن لاحق نسب إلى جده.قال ابن حبان: لا تجوز الرواية عنه. وقال أبو حاتم: أرى أمره مضطربا.٤ - وأما حديث جابر، فيرويه محمد بن ثابت عن شريك بن عبد الله عن الأعمش عنأبي سفيان عن جابر قال: قال رسول الله ﷺ فذكره.أخرجه أبو نعيم في " الحلية " (١٠ / ٥٠ - ٥١ / ٢٢١) وابن عساكر في " تاريخدمشق " (١١ / ٣٠٩ / ١) .قلت: وهذا سند لا بأس به في الشواهد، رجاله ثقات غير شريك بن عبد الله وهوالقاضي، وهو صدوق سيء الحفظ.ومحمد بن ثابت، هو أخو علي بن ثابت قال ابن معين: ثقة مأمون.وقال ابن أبي حاتم (٢ / ٣ / ٢١٦) عن أبيه: " ليس به بأس ".وجملة القول أن الحديث بهذا الشاهد حسن كما قال الترمذي، والله تعالى أعلم.
