(al-Bukhārī, Abū Dāwūd, and Ibn Khuzaymah) and (he would raise his hands sometimes with the takbīr, sometimes after the takbīr, and sometimes before it) (Abū Dāwūd and Ibn Khuzaymah). he would raise them with fingers extended [neither spreading them apart nor bringing them together] (al-Bukhārī and Abū Dāwūd). and (he would place them at the level of his shoulders and sometimes he would raise them until they were parallel to [the tops of] his ears) placing the right hand over the left and the command for it
(البخاري وأبو داود وابن خزيمة) و (كان يرفع يديه تارة مع التكبير وتارة بعد التكبير وتارة قبله)(أبو داود وابن خزيمة). كان يرفعهما ممدودة الأصابع [لا يفرج بينها ولا يضمها] )(البخاري وأبو داود). و (كان يجعلهما حذو منكبيه وربما كان يرفعهما حتى يحاذي بهما [فروع] أذنيه) وضع اليمنى على اليسرى والأمر به.
