(Aḥmad with a sound chain) and he (ṣallá Allāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam) used to say: "There is no one from my nation except that I will recognize them on the Day of Resurrection." They said: "How will you recognize them, O Messenger of Allāh, among the multitude of creatures?" He said: "Have you not seen if you entered a stable with many dark horses and among them was a horse with a white blaze and white feet, would you not recognize it?" They said: "Yes." He said: "Indeed, my nation on that day will have bright faces from prostration and bright limbs from ablution" (al-Bukhārī and Muslim). And he said: "When Allāh wills mercy for whomever He wills from the people of the Fire, Allāh commands the angels to bring out those who worship Allāh, and they bring them out, recognizing them by the marks of prostration. Allāh has forbidden the Fire to consume the marks of prostration, so they are brought out of the Fire. Every son of Adam is consumed by the Fire except the marks of prostration."
